We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Healthcare Assistant to join our team at a leading healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to patients and healthcare professionals, ensuring the highest standards of care and comfort. This role involves assisting patients with daily activities, monitoring their well-being, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding. Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse. Provide emotional support and companionship to patients. Ensure patient hygiene and safety by adhering to all infection control protocols. Assist nursing staff with medical procedures and patient mobility. Maintain a clean and organized environment and report changes in patient conditions to the medical team.
Compassionate and patient-focused approach. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Basic knowledge of hygiene and infection control practices. Ability to work effectively in a team and under supervision. Physically capable of performing manual tasks such as lifting patients. A Level 3 or higher healthcare-related qualification is preferred. Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare is an advantage.
